How It Works

My straightforward process is designed to provide you with accessible, personalized medical care, tailored specifically to your needs and lifestyle, in three easy steps: enroll, schedule, and stay connected.

Enroll

Enrolling can be done in minutes right from your phone, computer, or tablet. Just visit the membership enrollment page by clicking here or visiting my contact page. I offer single membership, couples memberships, and family memberships:

·         Single Membership: $60/month

·         Couples Rate: $100/month

·         Family Rate: $150/month (Up to 2 adults, plus children, up to 2 children)

·         Single Parent Rate: $100/month (One adult, plus children, up to 2 children)

·         Additional Child Rate: $20/month

Members must be 0-65 years of age. Individuals aged 65 and older and those with Medicare can be seen, but are ineligible to become members at this time – instead, services will be billed to Medicare. Couples and families must all live in the same household, enroll simultaneously, and remain enrolled.

Stay Connected

Staying connected is key in my patient-focused approach. Not only are all communication channels HIPPA-compliant, but additionally, you have access to a secure EHR portal and Spruce Communication tools, ensuring continuous and seamless communication and access.

·         Where can visits happen? I offer in-office visits, virtual visits, house calls, and visits wherever you feel most comfortable.

·         I always get nervous around doctors. Will this help? Absolutely! My patient-focused approach is designed to create a comfortable and anxiety-free experience.

·         What areas do you serve? My primary service area is within a 30-mile radius of the Heartland Lakes region, including Park Rapids, Dorset, Lake George, Akeley, Nevis, and Lake Itasca. However, I am willing to travel outside of that area in select cases.

·         Will my membership be billed monthly or annually? All memberships are billed monthly for your convenience.

·         What if I need a specialist? If specialized care is required, I will facilitate and coordinate with the appropriate specialists to ensure you receive the care you need.

·         How does the membership model benefit me? The membership model allows for more personalized care, direct access to me, and predictable healthcare costs without the interference of insurance.
